How to Submit a Podcast to iHeartRadio

Sending your podcast through the major directories will expose it to millions of listeners.

The iHeartRadio app can be found on over 250 platforms. It's also available on over 2,000 connected devices. This includes smart speakers and digital auto dashes, tablets as well as smartphones, tablets, wearables and smartphones, virtual assistants, televisions, gaming consoles, and televisions.

Here are the steps to submit your podcast for iHeartRadio

Step 1. 

Go to the Podcasters section on iHeartRadio.com, and click on the "Submit Your podcast" button. You can log in or create a new account from this page.

You can create an account by signing up for Facebook, Google, or using your email address.

Step 2. Submit Your Podcast

After you have created an account and logged in successfully, click on the "Add Your Podcast" button. Copy and paste your RSS feed to your podcast.

RSS.com Podcasting is your podcast host. Your RSS feed can be found under your "My Podcast" tab.

Click here to subscribe to a podcast RSS feed.

Check out the details of your podcast, then agree to the Terms and Conditions. Finally, click the red button "Submit Podcast".

You should receive a notice stating "Podcast Submission Success!" Also, the notice will state, "Show was created successfully and is available for consumption." If your show does not go live within 24 hours, contact iHeartRadio.

Click the "Access Dashboard” button to track the status of your show's acceptance on the platform. The status will read "Processing" until it is live or rejected.

After your show has been accepted, it will be made available on the iHeartRadio app as well as their website.
